My Approach
Mindfulness coaching is different from traditional life coaching. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you turn inward—because the answers you’re looking for already live inside of you.
We get so caught up in the past or worried about the future that we forget the only place we can actually create change is right now. Mindfulness brings you back to that place. It helps you slow down enough to hear yourself again—your truth, your wisdom, your knowing.
Every session looks a little different. Some days it’s breathwork, body awareness, or grounding practices. Other days, it’s deeper inquiry, asking the kind of questions that help you reconnect with who you really are, not who you’ve been conditioned to be.
This isn’t about performance. It’s about authenticity.
I don’t give you the answers, I guide you to discover them for yourself.

Framework:
While each client journey is personalized, the 8-week framework serves as a set of guideposts for our time together. These themes support your reconnection, growth, and integration—one intentional step at a time.
Week 1
Rooting into the Present & Setting Intentions
In this week, we begin by arriving fully where you are, grounding into the present moment and creating space for clarity to unfold.
You’ll reflect on what has brought you here and the shifts your heart is calling for, setting intentions that feel both aligned and embodied.
Through gentle awareness practices, we’ll plant the roots for your journey ahead, so each step arises from presence, purpose, and inner truth.
Week 2
Awareness & Acceptance
This week, we slow down, turn inward, and begin to meet what is, exactly as it is.
Through gentle practices of observing thoughts, sensations, and emotions without judgment, you will cultivate a space of tenderness and openness toward all parts of yourself.
You’ll practice welcoming discomfort and letting go of resistance, deepening your capacity to rest in presence and acceptance.
Week 3
Quieting the Inner Critic
Learn how to calm the mental chatter and shift the tone of your inner dialogue. You’ll begin to cultivate self-compassion and meet yourself with softness.
Week 4
Releasing Limiting Beliefs
This is where we go deeper—uncovering the beliefs and stories keeping you small. Together, we’ll begin the work of letting go and making space for new possibility.
Week 5
Reconnecting with Intuition
As the noise quiets, your intuition begins to speak. We’ll strengthen the relationship with your inner voice so you can trust yourself more fully and make aligned decisions.
Week 6
Building Inner Confidence
Now that you’re more rooted and clear, it’s time to rise. You’ll develop practices that anchor you in your power, deepen self-worth, and support confident action.
Week 7
Integrating Mindfulness into Daily Life
We’ll focus on weaving mindfulness into your everyday rhythm—so it’s not just a practice, but a way of being. This is where your transformation becomes sustainable.

Embodied Reflection & Moving Forward

Meet Your Guide
Gabrielle Mastronardo
I’m Gabrielle—a mindfulness coach, meditation facilitator, and yoga teacher with deep roots in the sacred traditions of the East. I studied in Bali and India, where I immersed myself in the wisdom of presence, stillness, and the Divine Feminine.
But more than that, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected, and constantly second-guessing herself.
Mindfulness changed that for me. It brought me home to myself—and helped me build a life grounded in trust, clarity, and inner peace.
Now, I guide women to do the same—because life is so beautiful when you live in alignment with your truth.
