Gabrielle
Hi, I’m Gabrielle—a certified yoga teacher (Hatha, Vinyasa, Tantra Level 1), mindfulness coach, and eternal student of the body, mind, and spirit.
I’ve studied yoga and meditation extensively in the East, where I deepened my understanding of traditional Hatha Vinyasa, Tantra, pranayama, and the deeper philosophy behind the practice.
But my passion lies in translating that ancient wisdom into something real and relevant for modern life.
In our sessions, you won’t just move through poses—you’ll slow down enough to really listen. To your body. To your breath. To what you need right now.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or years into your journey, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. My style is intuitive, personalized, and always focused on creating a safe space for you to land—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
